Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to bookings and paid services on coreflareout.com and forms part of the distance contract under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Ukraine may withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, unless an exception applies. Send a clear statement to contact@coreflareout.com with your order number. We refund within 14 days of receiving the notice via the same payment method.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 7 days before the service start: full refund less payment fees.
• 1-7 days before the service start: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

4. Cancellation by coreflareout.com

If we cancel, you receive a full refund of amounts paid, including any booking fees.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing may add up to 5 banking days.

6. Non-refundable Items

Customised services already performed, digital content delivered with prior consent, and bookings made for a specific date on your instruction are non-refundable, unless the law provides otherwise.

7. Complaints and Protection of Rights

Send complaints to contact@coreflareout.com. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
