    A written reply within one business day

    Your dates, traveller count and budget band are read by a person, not a queue. The answer arrives by email from contact@coreflareout.com. Requests sent after 18:00 Kyiv time are answered the next working morning.

    A coordinator is assigned to your file

    You receive the name, direct phone line and working hours of the coordinator who stays with the trip from first quote to return. Support is available in Ukrainian and English.

  3. 03

    An outlined proposal with price bands and terms

    The proposal states what the price includes and what it excludes, the deposit, the balance date and the cancellation windows for your exact dates. Peak and blackout dates sit beside the figure, never in a footnote.

  4. 04

    Booking, then document checks

    On your confirmation we book flights, resorts and transfers, then prepare and check your entry paperwork against the current requirements. We prepare and check the documents, the authorities decide on entry.
