Balance due

46 days or more: deposit retained. 31 to 45 days: 50%. 15 to 30 days: 75%. 14 days or fewer: 100%. The schedule is repeated in the cancellation and refund policy.
Blackout dates
20 December to 10 January and the Eid al-Fitr week are quoted on request and confirmed 90 days out.
Taxes and fees
Service charge and current tourism taxes sit inside the band. Any levy changed after booking is billed at cost with the receipt attached.
